I am currently setting up a new software platform providing customer service teams with better planning and team development tools so they can improve their service whilst maintaining a positive culture. Having first started my career at Goldman Sachs, I was most recently Chief of Staff at Bulb, and spent five years in venture capital before that. I grew up in Canada and moved to London over ten years ago.
